SHIPPING
We use Pirate Ship to get you the best rate as they have a discounted rate with USPS and UPS Merchandise is shipped using the carrier who can provide me the lowest rate for you. Once your item ships you will receive an email with your tracking number. You may track your package at USPS.com or UPS.com
Once your invoice has been paid and the item / items ship if the amount you pay in shipping is less than the actual shipping cost, the difference is refunded back to you within 48 hours.
LOST PACKAGES As the package is in your name, you will need to file a claim with the shipper. You will need your tracking number when you file a claim for a lost, damaged, not received package.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We do not currently ship internationally.
We are not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day.
